Please be advised that our scheduled migration to the new Blackboard Transact System platform will take place on Monday, March 11 & Tuesday, March 12. Please expect an interruption of service during this time-frame for ALL card-related services including Bookstore, Dining, Online Card Office, workstation access, etc.
While in an “OFFLINE” state, cardholders may still gain access to parking lots, buildings (residential & academic), provided that they had prior access. New cardholders, and/or cardholder rights will not be processed during our scheduled downtime. Transactions for cash & GetIT-debit may be accepted at the Food Court and Health Services, but NO credit cards will be accepted. As with previous instances of OFFLINE debit transactions, there is a risk of over-drafting an account, therefore respective personnel in Dining and Student Accounts will need to collaborate on identifying/resolving these instances. Lastly, because of the nature of this “upgrade” we are moving to brand new hardware. If you are accessing the Bb Transact system from your workstation using a local copy of the software, this will not work. You will need to obtain a new copy of the software from the network share. If you require assistance with this, then at that time you may log a call with our Help Desk x2660
