I am pleased to announce that, after a national search, Meghan Sooy has been appointed as the Director of Disability Support Services at TCNJ. Meghan comes to the College from the University of Arizona, where she has served for the past seven years as an access consultant. She began her TCNJ tenure on March 1.
Meghan’s expertise and leadership will be critical assets as TCNJ works with campus constituencies and external partners to promote universal access to higher education for our students, faculty, and staff. In conjunction with this hiring, the Office of Disability Support Services will move from the Division Student Affairs and will report to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This realignment is designed to help optimize Disability Support Services’ ability to advocate for campus awareness, understanding and inclusion through education, counseling, and service programs. Meghan holds her BS in Rehabilitation Services from Wright State University and her M.Ed. in Counselor Education (Rehabilitation Counseling) from Penn State University.
Please join me in welcoming Meghan to our campus community and in supporting her office in achieving its important mission.
Vice President for Enrollment Management
