5/8: Reframing Success for College Students of Color

Please mark your calendar for what promises to be a thought-provoking presentation by scholar and educator, Prof. Shaun Harper from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Professor Harper is the Director of the Center for the Study of Race and Equity in Education, as well as, co-founder of the Penn GSE Black Male Grad Prep Academy. Prof. Harper maintains an active research agenda that examines race and gender in higher education, Black male college access and achievement, and college student engagement. Through the support of the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and the Student Affairs Professional Development Committee, Prof. Harper will join us on Wednesday, May 8th from 1:30 to 3:30 pm in Library Auditorium to share his presentation, “Reframing Success for College Student of Color.”
