Raj Manimaran named community relations director

To the campus community,

It is my pleasure to share that Raj Manimaran has joined the Division of College Advancement as community relations director in the Office of Government and Community Relations.

In this role, Raj will foster positive and effective ongoing relationships with the community; local, county, and state government offices; and legislative units, while improving the understanding of and support for TCNJ’s academic and public service agenda.

Raj previously worked for TCNJ’s Center for Community Engagement as the community engaged learning coordinator. In conjunction with TCNJ students, staff, and faculty, he collaborated with a diverse range of non-profit organizations, government agencies and representatives, as well as local stakeholders and residents throughout Mercer County.

Raj is a proud TCNJ alumnus and graduate of the college’s Bonner Community Scholars program.

He earned his MEd in higher education from The Pennsylvania State University and his BS in business administration from TCNJ. Having lived in Mercer County for much of his life, Raj volunteers with several local groups and events, and currently serves as the board president of the I Am Trenton Community Foundation.

Please join me in congratulating Raj on this new opportunity!
